Your data
Apart from the report itself, we collect as little as possible: only what it takes to stop bots and abuse and to count each person once, so the numbers stay accurate.
Here you can see what we keep about you, and download or delete it, with no email or sign-up: the browser you sent your reports from is enough.
What we keep
- Your reports: what is not working, the problem, when and where, at most down to the street. No name, building number, phone or coordinates.
- Bot protection and accurate counts, 31 days: a random id in a cookie and keyed hashes of the IP address and the network, not the addresses themselves. They stop automated and repeated reports and make sure each person counts once. After 31 days they are deleted and the report stays as anonymous statistics.
- Messages sent through the forms: only if you write to us: the email address, the name if you gave one, and the text, for up to 3 years after we close the case.
- Statistics: Google Analytics, only if you accepted it.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising. In full: Privacy.

Cookies and statistics

Another request
For anything this page cannot do: a copy or deletion of a message you sent us through the forms, a correction or an objection. We reply within one month.
We cannot find a report from a browser you no longer have: reports carry no name, and going by a description would let someone else delete another person's report. After 31 days nothing links a report to a particular person.
